How do I get to Charlotte Pass?

Charlotte Pass is completely snowbound in winter meaning you can’t drive directly to us. You will need to meet one of our oversnow vehicles at Perisher Valley, and you can find more information here.

Do I need to pre-book?

We would highly recommend pre-booking your snow holiday with us in advance. You can book everything online from oversnow transport, lift passes, snowsports lessons and equipment hire.

Do you have a kids snowsports program?

Kosi Kids is our dedicated kids skiing snowsports program for 4 – 13 year olds. We have AM and full day options avaliable. With our full day program lunch is included. You can contact us to find out more.

What happens if I miss my oversnow?

We encourage all guests to be ready for their oversnow 15 minutes in advance. If you miss your oversnow we will do our best to accommodate you onto the next available service, but there could be lengthy delays depending on availability and additional fees.

If there is poor weather can I get a refund?

Charlotte Pass operates in rain, hail, snow or shine. If our lifts are unable to spin and this affects your day trip, our Guest Services team will be in touch to reschedule for another day in the winter season or offer you a credit to be used in the season.

I am staying at Charlotte Pass overnight. Where do I park my car?

If you are staying overnight with us you will need to park your car at Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal and catch the Skitube to Perisher Valley. There is no overnight parking at Perisher Valley.

Otherwise you can organsie for a shuttle to collect you and drop you off at Perisher Valley. 

Can I book the Skitube with you?

Skitube is operated by a Third Party Operator, and tickets can be booked through their website. We are unfortuantley unable to help with any Ski Tube bookings or issues. 

Can I book my child a snowboarding lesson if they are under 8 years old?

No. We offer snowboarding lessons to children 8 and over. Children under 8 can participate in skiing lessons.

Do you have equipment hire on-site?

Yes we do. Our equipment hire is located in the Snow Centre and our friendly team will make sure you leave with everything you need. Please ensure that you pre book any equipment required as we do have limited availability. All bookings can be made though our online store.

I want to come to Charlotte Pass for a day. Can I just book a lift pass?

If you are visiting Charlotte Pass but not staying overnight you will need to book a DayTripper package. Booking only a lift pass does not include your oversnow transport meaning you will have no way of getting to and from the resort. A DayTripper package includes oversnow transport, lift ticket and lunch.

Can I book a snowsports lesson?

Yes, we have lessons for adults and children in both skiing and snowboarding available. You can also book a private lesson which offers more specialised one-on-one tuition. All group lessons can be booked via our online store. We recommend pre booking all lessons to secure your spot. 

I want to come to the snow, but I don’t want to ride the lift. Do I have to pay for a lift ticket?

If you are coming to Charlotte Pass for the day you will need to purchase a DayTripper ticket which includes oversnow transport, lift ticket and lunch. You will need to pay the full price of the ticket even if you don’t use the lift component.

I want to book a DayTripper ticket but I will bring my own lunch. Do I need to pay for the hot lunch included?

If you are coming to Charlotte Pass for the day you will need to purchase a DayTripper ticket which includes oversnow transport, lift ticket and lunch. You will need to pay the full price of the ticket even if you don’t use the lunch component.
