Charlotte Pass is completely snowbound in winter. Oversnow drivers operates on-snow vehicles to assist with the trasport of all guests, staff, and freight between Charlotte Pass and Perisher Valley.

Rental Attendants fit and maintain ski and snowboard gear, and assist and inform guests to ensure a smooth, efficient rental experience.

Guest Services Attendants assist guests, answer inquiries, resolve issues, work in the gift shop, and provide information to ensure a welcoming and memorable resort experience.

Charlotte Pass includes has multiple food outlets that require qualified chefs, cooks, and kitchen hands who prepare meals, assist with food prep, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support smooth operation of our resort’s dining outlets.

Housekeeping staff ensure guest rooms and resort areas are clean and welcoming for our guests. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, maintaining public areas, and supporting a positive guest experience.

Reception and Porter staff at Charlotte Pass provide a welcoming first impression for our hotel guests. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling inquiries, assisting with luggage, and ensuring smooth and efficient resort operations.
