Lucy brings a wealth of experience and a profound personal connection to the resort, having grown up at Charlotte Pass. Her deep-rooted ties and understanding of the resort’s heritage, combined with her passion for the snow industry, make her the ideal leader to take Charlotte Pass into its next chapter.
