Snow conditions & Cancellation policy
Under no circumstance can Charlotte Pass Snow Resort Pty Ltd be held responsible for snow or weather conditions. No holiday package will be compensated due to snow conditions. Please be advised, travel insurance will not cover a cancellation based on weather conditions.
All cancellations must be advised in writing or by e-mail.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival date, all money received, less a cancellation fee of $200, will be refunded.
If less than sixty (60) days notice is given all monies will be forfeited. Specials may have special terms and conditions including 100% cancellation fee.
